All registration fees are in USD.

The method of payment is by credit card only (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). In addition to the registration fee, HTAi charges a 3.3% credit card processing fee.

All prices listed include, if required, the legal GST in effect at the indicated date of payment. An invoice statement, indicating GST details, is available upon request.
Eligibility for the Patient Representative category is restricted to individuals who encounter HTA through their roles as patients, caregivers, or consumers, and who do not encounter HTA through paid employment. Members in this category are asked to submit a brief statement describing their involvement with HTA.
Students require proof of enrollment in the form of a valid Student ID.
