Frequently Asked QuestionsWhat do you mean by “new voices”?
We’re actively seeking first‑time HTAi plenary speakers and nominees from underrepresented regions, backgrounds, and career stages - especially early‑ to mid‑career leaders, patient/community advocates, and LMIC experts. Self‑nominations are welcome.
Can I nominate more than one person?Yes. Please submit a separate form for each nominee so we can properly evaluate each proposal.
Can I nominate someone from outside HTA?Absolutely - cross‑sector and adjacent‑domain leaders (policy, data science, clinical practice, climate & sustainability, economics, civil society, etc.) are encouraged.
Is travel support provided?Details are confirmed during speaker onboarding and may vary. If applicable, information will be shared at the time of invitation.
What makes a strong nomination or EOI?Clear alignment to the plenary focus, originality, evidence of impact, engaging delivery, and concrete takeaways for a global HTA audience. |
