2026 Annual Meeting Registration

Please note the following important details:

  • All registration fees are in USD.
  • Payments can be done via credit card (AMEX, MasterCard and Visa). Google Pay is available to registrants using Google Chrome and are logged into their browser with their Google account. Apple Pay is available to registrants using Safari.
  • HTAi does not accept cash payments.
  • In addition to the registration fee, HTAi charges a 3.3% credit card and e-wallet processing fee.
  • All registration fees are subject to 20% Turkish Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with national regulations.
    VAT applies to all participants, regardless of country of residence or VAT registration status.
    HTAi does not process VAT exemptions or refunds. Any VAT reimbursement requests must be made directly by the participant to the relevant authorities in the Republic of Türkiye, subject to local laws and procedures.
  • An invoice will be attached to your registration confirmation, indicating VAT details.
