All registration fees are in USD.

Method of payment is by credit card only (American Express, MasterCard, Visa). In addition to the registration fee, HTAi charges a 3.3% credit card processing fee.

All prices listed include, if required, the legal VAT/GST in effect at the indicated date of payment in the attendee's country of residence. An invoice statement, indicating VAT/GST details, is available upon request.

Please ensure you select the appropriate membership category.
HTAi uses the World Bank classification of High, Middle, and Low-Income countries for registration fee purposes. To verify your selection is correct, please refer to the World Bank. The HTAi Secretariat verifies all purchases are within the correct category and reserves the right to cancel an incorrect selection.


Eligibility for the Patient/Consumer Volunteer category is restricted to individuals who encounter HTA through their roles as patients, caregivers, or consumers, and who do not encounter HTA through paid employment. Members in this category are asked to submit a brief statement describing their involvement with HTA.

Students require proof of enrolment in the form of a valid Student ID.

Please verify if you are attending the Annual Meeting as 1) a private person or 2) on behalf of a company/organization/institution.Your selection will have an impact on VAT charges. VAT will be charged to private attendees residing in the UK or a European Union country.

As a private person, you are paying for the Annual Meeting registration fees yourself.
The telephone number (including country code) you provided in your contact details will be used to verify your country of residence.

If you are attending on behalf of a company/organization/institution, the organization is either paying directly or reimbursing you for your Annual Meeting registration fees. You will need to provide your organization’s billing address and VAT number.
