HTAi is closely monitoring current developments affecting parts of the Middle East and the impact these events are having on people, communities, and health systems across the region. Our thoughts are with all those affected, including colleagues, partners, their families, and those experiencing disruption or uncertainty.
We recognize that these events may lead to questions regarding the HTAi 2026 Annual Meeting in Istanbul, Türkiye. We remain committed to our work in the region and at this time, the meeting is proceeding as planned.
Ensuring the safety of everyone traveling to, and attending, the meeting remains our top priority. HTAi leadership is actively and continuously monitoring the situation, working closely with local partners to maintain a secure and productive environment, and will adapt plans if circumstances change in a way that affects participant safety.

All non-members will have a surcharge
in addition to their registration.
HTAi Membership is not included with Annual Meeting Non-Member Registration and needs to be purchased prior to receiving Member registration pricing.
All registration fees are subject to 20% Turkish VAT. VAT applies to all participants and is non‑refundable by HTAi.

1 For Profit Organizations include but are not limited to: Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Medical device companies; Digital health and health technology companies; Contract research organizations (CROs), Private hospitals and clinic chains; Health insurance companies (private insurers), Pharmacy chains and retail health clinics, Health care consulting professionals and firms, Market access and health economics firms, data and analytics companies, medical communications and education companies (when commercial)
2 Not For Profit Organizations include but are not limited to: Government health institutions/agencies/organizations, HTA agencies, Universities and academic research centers, Public hospitals, Public insurance companies, Not for profit organizations/associations/foundations/charities, Patient advocacy organizations, Multilateral or global health agencies
3 High-Income, Upper-Middle-Income, Low-Income and Lower-Middle-Income Countries are based on the World Bank standards.
4 Eligibility for the Patient Registration category is restricted to individuals who encounter HTA through their roles as patients, care-givers, or consumers, and who do not encounter HTA through paid employment. New members in this category are asked to submit a brief statement describing their involvement with HTA
5 To qualify as a Student, you must submit a letter from your institution, on official letterhead, as proof of full-time enrollment as an undergraduate or postgraduate student.
6 Eligibility for the HTAi Alumni category is restricted to individuals with at least 10 years of active HTAi membership or service (including Board, Committee, or Interest Group roles) who are fully retired from all professional activities and do not hold paid advisory, consulting, or related roles. This registration category requires an active HTAi Membership in this particular category.

The evening begins with a four-course seated dinner, followed by music and dancing, creating space to connect with colleagues beyond the conference program. Soft drinks, beer and wine are included with each dinner ticket.
