Tickets: Full Annual Meeting registration includes one Welcome Reception ticket. Purchase of a welcome reception ticket is required only if you bring a guest. Additional Welcome Reception Ticket: $75:00 before June 8, 2022
Conference Dinner
We invite you to a special evening at the Spoorwegmuseum for the Annual Meeting Conference Dinner, one of the most popular networking events with tickets often selling out.
The Conference Dinner offers a chance to relax and network with your peers and dance the night away.
Location: Spoorwegmuseum, Maliebaanstation 16, 3581 XW Utrecht, Netherlands
Transport: The museum is a 25 – 30-minute walk from Jaarbeurs (Annual Meeting main venue). Coach transfer between Jaarbeurs and Spoorwegmuseum will be available.
