* If accepted, HTAi will provide a maximum of 5 complimentary codes for Workshop panelists. All additional panelists will require a paid registration
3. Abstract Submission
- Use the online submission system here
- Drafts can be edited before submission deadlines. Only completed submissions will be reviewed
- Abstracts must be in English, free of tables, figures and references.
- Presenters must declare funding sources
- Submission implies consent for publication in meeting materials

4. Review & Acceptance Process
- Abstracts are peer reviewed for compliance and quality
- Selection is conducted by the 2027 International Scientific Program Committee
- Notifications
- Panels & Workshops: November 19, 2026
- Oral & Posters: January 20, 2027
- Presenters must register by the Early-bird registration deadline to secure inclusion in the program.

6. Essential Style Tips
- Title: Max 18 words, capitalize each word, no abbreviations
- Abstract word limits: Panels/Workshops 230, Orals/Posters 320
- Use American spelling, spell out acronyms on first use
- Results must be provided for Oral/Poster submissions
