Conference Dinner: An Evening at the Bosphorus
Join fellow delegates for a memorable evening on the Bosphorus, hosted at a waterfront venue in the Kuruçeşme district of Istanbul. The conference dinner combines an elegant dining experience with a relaxed social atmosphere, set directly on the water with views across to the Anatolian side.
The evening begins with a four-course seated dinner, followed by music and dancing, creating space to connect with colleagues beyond the conference program. Soft drinks, beer and wine are included with each dinner ticket.

Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception marks the first social gathering of the HTAi Annual Meeting and offers an opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and meet new participants at the start of the conference week.
Hosted at Bahcesehir University, the reception takes place in the university’s newly opened addition, following a full day of workshops and symposia held on campus. The setting provides a welcoming and informal environment for conversation, networking, and shared exchange.
As the first evening event of the Annual Meeting, the Welcome Reception offers delegates a chance to ease into the conference program, continue discussions from the day’s sessions, and experience the hospitality of the region in a relaxed atmosphere.
