* If accepted, HTAi will provide a maximum of 5 complimentary codes for Workshop panelists. All additional panelists will require a paid registration 

3. Abstract Submission
  • Use the online submission system: htai2026.org/abstract-submission
  • Drafts can be edited before submission deadlines. Only completed submissions will be reviewed
  • Abstracts must be in English, free of tables, figures and references.
  • Presenters must declare funding sources
  • Submission implies consent for publication in meeting materials

4. Review & Acceptance Process
  • Abstracts are peer reviewed for compliance and quality
  • Selection is conducted by the 2026 International Scientific Program Committee
  • Notifications
    • Panels & Workshops: November 25, 2025
    • Oral & Posters: January 29, 2026
  • Presenters must register by the Early-bird registration deadline to secure inclusion in the program.

5. Presenter Responsibilities
  • All presenters must register for the Annual Meeting by the Early-bird registration deadline
  • Presenters cover their own expenses
  • Participation Grants may be available: htai2026.org/grants

6. Essential Style Tips
  • Title: Max 18 words, capitalize each word, no abbreviations
  • Abstract word limits: Panels/Workshops 230, Orals/Posters 320
  • Use American spelling, spell out acronyms on first use
  • Results must be provided for Oral/Poster submissions
