ORAL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS



Oral Presentations 

Oral presentations have a 12-minute time slot, including presentation and discussion. 

The portal to upload your presentation slides is open now until June 2, 2026. To pre-upload your presentation, log in to the 2026 Oral Abstract Management Portal and select “edit abstract”. After this date, you can amend or upload your presentation onsite in Istanbul in the Speaker Ready Room. While it is not mandatory to use the 2026 PowerPoint template for your presentation, it is available for download should you wish to use it. 

When saving your presentation, please include the presentation type, presenter’s name and abstract number in the file name (e.g.Oral, JohnDoe_123.ppt). The file size should not exceed 15MB. 

The presentation session will be facilitated by an experienced moderator who will introduce your presentation, keep the session to time and manage Q&A. 

Audio Visual Equipment 

All session rooms are equipped with standard audio-visual set-up: Screen, LCD Projector, Laptop Computer, Podium Microphone. 

Please note that although there will be Wi-Fi access, it will not support web-based presentations.


PANEL PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS



Panel Presentations 

The portal to upload your presentation is open now until June 2, 2026. To pre-upload your presentation, log in to the 2026 Panel Abstract Management Portal and select edit abstract. The portal will allow only 1 file to be uploaded; if you have multiple presentations, please combine them into one document before uploading.  

When saving your presentation, please include the presentation type, submitters name and abstract number in the file name (e.g., Panel_JohnDoe_123.ppt). The presentation must be saved as a PDF or PPT and the file size cannot exceed 15MB. 

After June 2, you can amend or upload your presentation onsite in Buenos Aires in the Speaker Ready Room. While it is not mandatory to use the 2026 PowerPoint template for your presentation, it is available for download should you wish to use it.

POSTER PRESENTATION INSTRUCTIONS



Poster Presentations 

Posters will be on display and presented in dedicated Poster sessions using digital display screens. Poster presenters will have a 2-minute time-slot for their presentation. If time allows, the moderator may invite one or two audience questions. 

You are required to design and upload your Poster by June 2, 2026. Log in to the 2026 Poster Abstract Management Portal and select  “edit abstract”.  While it is not mandatory to use the 2026 Poster template, it is available for download should you wish to use it.

When saving your Poster, please include the presentation type, presenter’s name and abstract number in the file name (e.g., Poster_JohnDoe_123.pdf).  

The Poster session will be facilitated by an experienced moderator who will introduce your presentation, keep the session to time and manage Q&A. 

Display & Technical Instructions 

Posters will be displayed on digital display screens.

  • Orientation: Landscape (horizontal)
  • File format: PDF
  • Dimensions: 1920 (width) × 1080 (height) – 16:9 format
  • Maximum file size: 15 MB
  • File naming: Poster_FirstNameLastName_AbstractID.pdf

Poster Design Guidance

Content and accuracy

  • Ensure title, authors and affiliations match the submitted abstract
  • Do not include identifiable patient information

Readability

  • Use clear, high-contrast colours
  • Ensure text is legible when viewed on screen
  • Avoid overly dense content

Visual communication

  • Use figures, charts and tables to present key findings clearly
  • Structure content to support a short verbal explanation

Media

  • Embedded audio/video is not supported
  • QR codes may be used for supplementary content
