USING A TRAVEL AGENCY: Of course, you can also book through your IATA travel agency. The travel agency can request the ticketing instructions by sending an email to lufthansa.mobility@dlh.de, stating the event code CAAUQTH
Discounts are valid on the following Airlines: on EW (Eurowings), LH (Lufthansa German Airlines), LX (Swiss International Air Lines Ltd.), OS (Austrian Airlines) and SN (Brussels Airlines) flight numbers as well as these carrier´s marketing flight numbers on selected codeshare partners of these airlines.
In addition, the discounts are applicable for travel between Europe/Middle East/Africa/India and North-/Central America on all AC (Air Canada) and UA (United Airlines) flight numbers as well as these carrier´s marketing flight numbers on selected (codeshare) partners. UA may offer different discounts ex USA. AC-operated flights Point of Sale CA are restricted to codeshare flight numbers.
Due to technical reasons reservations of discounted partner airline flights on lufthansa.com might be restricted (e.g. Brussels Airlines check&go tarifs are only bookable on brusselsairlines.com).
In addition, Eurowings (EW) flights shall be booked directly on www.eurowings.com.
Please note: Annual Meeting delegates are responsible for selecting their own booking company and securing travel arrangements to Adelaide.
The Lufthansa Group flight program provided to HTAi delegates is only one option delegates are able utilize to book a flight directly with an airline at a discounted rate. HTAi cannot guarantee that the fares offered through the Lufthansa Group flight program are the cheapest available in the market for any particular route. All delegates are welcome to book through their preferred carrier, using their preferred deal, flight plan, and method. Additionally, HTAi does not benefit from any of its delegates booking with the Lufthansa Group, discounts are directly applied to the booking party only.
