To attend the Annual Meeting,
HTAi offers member and non-member rates.

All non-members will have a $250 USD surcharge
in addition to their registration.

HTAi Membership is not included with Annual Meeting Non-Member Registration and needs to be purchased prior to receiving Member registration pricing.

2024 Registration Fees

³ The Virtual Annual Meeting Platform (OnAIR) is an online hub where virtual attendees (and also in person attendees) can connect and participate with the Annual Meeting content. It provides access to the agenda, all live streamed sessions (Monday, June 17 to Wednesday, June 19), on demand content (such as pre-recorded Panels and Orals) and an online Poster Gallery.

Eligibility for the Patient/Consumer registration category is restricted to individuals who encounter HTA through their roles as patients, care-givers, or consumers, and who do not encounter HTA through paid employment. Registrants in this category are asked to submit a brief statement describing their involvement with HTA.

To qualify as a Student, you must submit a letter from your institution, on official letterhead, as proof of full-time enrollment as an undergraduate or postgraduate student.

2024 Workshop Fees:
Workshops are for in-person attendance only (to virtual participation available).
The Workshops Program can be reviewed HERE (Saturday June 15 and Sunday June 16, 2024).

HALF DAY WORKSHOP: $95
FULL DAY WORKSHOP: $180

2024 Social Event Tickets:

Social Events are for in-person attendance only (to virtual participation available).
Every In-Person Full Conference Registration includes a complimentary ticket to the Welcome Reception, which can be claimed in the Registration process. Additional Welcome Reception Tickets can be purchased for One-Day attendees and guests.

All prices listed include, if required, the legal VAT in effect at the indicated date of payment
An invoice statement, indicating VAT details, is available upon request.

Payment is only possible with a credit card: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.
In addition to the registration fee, HTAi charges a 3.3% credit card processing fee.

HTAi is a small not-for-profit organization, our Annual Meetings operate on a cost recovery basis, where full registration fees reflect the per person cost to run an international meeting of this size. Rates for students, attendees from low and middle-income countries and patients are subsidized.
All fees are comparable with other societies.
