Oral Presentations (Pre-Recorded)

We have included some brief notes on recording an Oral presentation here (RecordingAnOralPresentation.pdf). More detailed tutorials and instructions can be found online (e.g. YouTube, etc.) 

Once your 12-minute presentation is recorded, the video file must be uploaded to a video sharing platform such as YouTube or Vimeo. For a brief overview on how to do this, please follow this guide. 

The portal to upload the URL of your Oral presentation is open now until June 6, 2024, log in to the AM24 Oral/Poster Abstract Submission and select “edit abstract”. The 2024 PowerPoint template is available for download here. 

Oral Presentations (On-site) 

Your Oral presentation for the HTAi 2024 Annual Meeting is scheduled in a mixed presentation session, which features both Oral and Poster presentations grouped by theme. 

Oral presentations have a 12-minute time slot, including presentation and discussion. 

The portal to upload your presentation slides is open now until June 6, 2024. To pre-upload your presentation, log in to the AM24 Oral/Poster Abstract Submission and select “edit abstract”. After this date, you can amend or upload your presentation onsite in Seville in the Speaker Ready Room. The 2024 PowerPoint template can be download here. 

When saving your presentation, please include the presenter’s name and abstract number in the file name (e.g., JohnDoe_123.ppt). The file size should not exceed 15MB. 

The presentation session will be facilitated by an experienced moderator who will introduce your presentation, keep the session to time and manage Q&A. 

Audio Visual Equipment 

All session rooms are equipped with standard audio-visual set-up: Screen, LCD Projector, Laptop Computer, Podium Microphone. 

Please note that although there will be Wi-Fi access, it will not support web-based presentations.

Panel Presentations (Pre-Recorded)

Panel Presentations (On-site) 

The portal to upload your presentation is open now until June 6, 2024. To pre-upload your presentation, log in to the AM24 Panel Abstract Submission Portal and select edit abstract. The portal will allow only 1 file to be uploaded; if you have multiple presentations, please combine them into one document before uploading.  

When saving your presentation, please include the presentation type, submitters name and abstract number in the file name (e.g., Panel_JohnDoe_123.ppt). The presentation must be saved as a PDF or PPT and the file size cannot exceed 15MB. 

After June 6, you can amend or upload your presentation onsite in Seville in the Speaker Ready Room. The 2024 PowerPoint template can be downloaded here.

Poster Presentations (Virtual) 

You are required to design and upload your Poster to the virtual meeting platform in A1 size (59.5cm x 84.1cm) in portrait orientation. The Poster must be saved as a PDF or JPEG and cannot exceed 15MB. 

The portal to upload your Poster is open now until June 6, 2024. To upload your Poster, login to the AM24 Oral/Poster Abstract Submission and select “edit abstract”. Posters will be stored in an online gallery for on-demand access to all Annual Meeting delegates, as well as on the conference app. 

Poster Presentations (On-site) 

Display & Technical Instructions 

For the 2024 Annual Meeting, Posters will be displayed on non-digital display boards. You are required to design, print and display your Poster in A1 size (59.5cm x 84.1cm) in portrait orientation. 

We also invite you to upload a digital version of your Poster for viewing on the virtual meeting platform and conference app. The portal to upload your Poster is open now until June 6, 2024. Log in to the AM24 Oral/Poster Abstract Submission and select “edit abstract”.  

The digital version of your Poster must be saved as a PDF or JPEG and the file size cannot exceed 15MB. When saving your presentation, please include the presentation type, presenter’s name and abstract number in the file name (e.g., Poster_JohnDoe_123.pdf).  

Your Poster must be on display throughout the Annual Meeting from 11:00am on Monday June 17 to 12:00pm on Wednesday June 19. Resources to mount your Poster to the Poster Boards will be available onsite. 

Poster Presentations 

Your on-site Poster for the HTAi 2024 Annual Meeting is scheduled in a mixed presentation session, which features both Oral and Poster presentations grouped by theme. 

Poster presentations have a 2-minute time slot available for their presentation, utilizing one slide, followed by 2 minutes of Q&A. We encourage you to share with the audience the location and number of your physical poster during your presentation. 

The portal to upload your presentation slide is open now until June 6, 2024. To pre-upload your presentation slide, log in to the AM24 Oral/Poster Abstract Submission and select “edit abstract”. After this date, you can amend or upload your presentation onsite in Seville in the Speaker Ready Room. The 2024 PowerPoint template can be downloaded here.
