Bienvenida

The city of Seville is the capital of Andalusia, the largest province in the Autonomous Region. Andalusia borders the provinces of Malaga and Cadiz to the south, Huelva to the west, Badajoz to the north, and Cordoba to the east.

Visit Seville and explore the rich, intimate streets of the city; become captivated by the culture and history; and fall in love with the heart of Andalucia.

Seville is known for its celebrations and festivals; its history and its presence; Flamenco and Tapas. The oldest part of the city lies on the left bank of the Guadalquivir River its maze of narrow and twisting streets, small, enclosed squares, and houses are a reflection of its Moorish history.   And for all its important monuments and fascinating history, Sevilla is universally famous for being a joyous town. While the Sevillians are known for their wit and sparkle, the city itself is striking for its vitality. It is the largest town in Southern Spain, the city of Carmen, Don Juan and Figaro.

Al Mal Tiempo, Buena Cara

To bad weather, good face

The Spanish saying is more about a positive attitude than it is about the weather.

The average temperature in Seville in June for a typical day ranges from a high of 33°C to a low of 17°C. Some would describe it as very warm with a gentle breeze.
