Platform Access
Eager to get into the HTAi 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting platform? We have good news! All attendees will gain access to the platform on June 18, 2021 and an automatic login link will be sent to each attendee with directions to follow on logging in. On entering the virtual platform, you will be greeted by a video guiding you through all the platform features. Attendees will learn tips and tricks to navigate the platform efficiently, and have all lingering questions answered by our knowledgeable team.
Please note: communications about Annual Meeting session will be sent from the conference platform provider. To ensure you do not miss any communications, please check your spam and junk email folders regularly. Additionally, the HTAi Annual Meeting team is hosting a platform orientation session on Saturday, June 19, 2021 starting at 16:00 (UTC) until 17:00 (UTC). Drop in at any time during that hour and the orientation will provide an in-depth overview of platform navigation. The session is open to all Annual Meeting attendees. Pre-registration is not required; attendees can join the orientation through the Virtual Annual Meeting platform.
Program
The Annual Meeting will include up to 14+ hours of content broadcasted June 19 – 23, and includes plenary sessions and keynote speakers each day, as well as live panel discussions, social events, workshops, and on-demand poster and oral presentations.
The 2021 Virtual Annual Meeting program is now available on the 2021 Annual Meeting website. The program provides a description of each presentation, as well as the schedule-at-a-glance and daily meeting agendas.

Workshops
The HTAi 2021 Annual Meeting workshops are scheduled for June 19 - 20, and feature half and full-day options on both days. Half-day workshops are 3 hours, and full-day workshops are 6 hours, running from 08:00 -15:00 or 17:00 – 00:00 (UTC).
Big news: all HTAi workshops are complimentary to 2021 Annual Meeting Attendees.

HTAi Catch Up and Connect
On Tuesday, June 22, join us for the first HTAi Catch up and Connect, a social event to remember, featuring a virtual mixology class! The class, offered by the experts at Mixology Events from TT Liquor, is a chance for you to get to know your fellow delegates and show your creative side, all from the comfort of your home.
Each participant has the option to purchase a ready-made kit containing all cocktail and mocktail supplies needed, or you can use the ingredient list provided here to purchase supplies at your local shop (to view, scroll down to the Catch Up and Connect section). The kits ship internationally, but please ensure you leave enough time for the package to be delivered to your location.
Please note: the cut-off dates for kit orders have been extended as follows:
International shipping deadline: Monday, June 14, 2021
Domestic shipping (UK): Thursday, June 17, 2021
