in addition to their registration.

HTAi Membership is not included with Annual Meeting Non-Member Registration and needs to be purchased prior to receiving Member registration pricing.

Eligibility for the Patient/Consumer registration category is restricted to individuals who encounter HTA through their roles as patients, care-givers, or consumers, and who do not encounter HTA through paid employment. Registrants in this category are asked to submit a brief statement describing their involvement with HTA.

To qualify as a Student, you must submit a letter from your institution, on official letterhead, as proof of full-time enrollment as an undergraduate or postgraduate student.

2025 Workshop Fees:
Workshops are taking place on Saturday, June 14 & Sunday, June 15, 2025

HALF DAY WORKSHOP: $95
FULL DAY WORKSHOP: $180

2025 Social Event Tickets:

Social Events are for in-person attendance only.
Every In-Person Full Conference Registration includes a complimentary ticket to the Welcome Reception, which can be claimed in the Registration process. Additional Welcome Reception Tickets can be purchased for One-Day attendees and guests.

PLEASE NOTE:

Payment is possible with a credit card: Visa, MasterCard and AMEX, or with Google Pay.
In addition to the registration fee, HTAi charges a 3.3% credit card/Google Pay processing fee.
