HTAi’s Patient and Citizen Involvement in HTA Interest Group (PCIG) offers the PCIG PASS to support patients, carers, and patient representatives attend HTAi Annual Meeting and pre-meeting workshops who would be otherwise unable to take part.

How to apply

Read the detailed instructions manual posted as pdf below
Make sure you have a letter of support if you have not applied for a PCIG PASS in the past 5 years.
Complete the online application form.

Key dates to note:
13 March 2025 - PCIG PASS 2025 application deadline
20 March 2025 - Successful applicants notified by email
24 March 2025 - Deadline for applicant acceptance of award
26 March 2025 - Unsuccessful applicants notified by email
27 March 2025 - Early-bird registration deadline
22 May 2025 - Online briefing for successful applicants
14-18 June 2025 - HTAi Annual Meeting in Buenos Aires, Argentina
