Loop in the Planet! Consider bringing a lanyard from last year or a previous event to cut down on single-use materials. It’s a simple way to reduce waste and support a more sustainable conference experience. 

Go digital. Access event schedules, maps, and materials on your device instead of printing. It’s easier to carry and easier on the planet. 

Leave no trace. Be mindful of your impact - clean up after yourself, avoid food waste, and take only what you need from buffets or giveaways. 

Pack with purpose. Bring what you need to reduce single-use items: tote bags, travel cutlery, reusable napkins, and chargers.
